Rudolph “Rudy” Ehlers

Rudolph "Rudy" Ehlers, 86, of Prattsville, NY, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, surrounded by loving family.

Rudy was born May 23, 1938, in New York, NY, the son of William and Anna Ehlers.
Remaining to cherish Rudy's memory are daughter; Lila Kratochvil and husband Chris, son-in-law; Christopher Tompkins, son; Richard Ehlers and wife Eileen, and daughter; Barbara Brent and husband Nick. Along with several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
Preceding Rudy in death are his wife; Joan Ehlers, daughter; Kristin Tompkins, and daughter; Tammy Jones.

A funeral service will be held on Friday April 11, 2025 at 11am at the Discover Life Church, Prattsville, NY with Pastor Dewitt Olmstead officiating. Burial for Rudy and his beloved wife Joan will take place in the Prattsville Cemetery immediately following the service.
