Frances M. Penney

On August 17th 2021 Frances M. Penney passed  peacefully In her sleep.  Frances was always a hard worker. She ran her own department in the Stamford Grand Union. Frances took care of the local laundry mat and motel in town. Frances was a Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother! Frances is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Tompkins and husband Harold.  Four granddaughters, Joanna Pulichene, Jennifer Verro, Christina & Steven Maxim and Marilyn & Bill Hamil. Also surviving are great grandchildren,  Mike and Cole Hamil.  Geanna and Helena Maxim.  Trey Pulichene And Jonathon Verro.

Frances was pre deceased by her son Roscoe Penney, her daughter Candy Anderson and great grandson Brandon Pulichene. 

Calling hours  will be held at Miller Funeral Home in Roxbury NY. on Wednesday August 25th 2021,  from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.  A funeral service  will follow and committal prayers will be held at the Fairview Cemetery in Grand George, NY
