Brian Steenland

With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we regret to inform you of the passing of Brian Steenland. On the somber day of Saturday, August 19th, at Fox Hospital, Brian peacefully departed this world, surrounded by the presence of his beloved mother. Brian was a devoted son, finding joy in every moment and cherishing the essence of life. He possessed an unwavering commitment to work and play, exemplifying a dedication that influenced those around him.  

Survived by his two  daughters, Rain and Hailey Steenland. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his parents, Peter and Frances Steenland, as well as his siblings, Heather, Peter Jr., Molly, Steven, and Lindsay. Together, they grieve the loss of a beloved family member, lamenting the void that Brian's absence has left us.

As we bid farewell to Brian, let us remember the joy he brought into the lives of those he touched.  With deepest sympathies, we extend our condolences to the Steenland family, sharing in their sorrow and offering our unwavering support during this time of immense grief. 

Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home in Roxbury New York on Tuesday August 22, 2023 from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm. A graveside burial will be held on Wednesday August 23, 2023 at the Prattsville New York cemetery at 2:00 pm. Following the burial a celebration of life will be held at the Prattsville Hotel.
