Jerald F. Conine

Jerald Floyd Conine, 76, passed away January 31, 2023. He was surrounded by loving friends and family at the time of his passing.

Jerald was born March 2, 1947 in Stamford, to Hattie and Floyd Conine. He grew up in Prattsville and attended Gilboa Conesville Central School. Jerald served in the army in Vietnam after which he worked at the Power Authority. Jerald loved many things including fishing, doing puzzles, camping, traveling to Flordia, he loved the Yankees, and much more. He met his wife Virginia Gilham and they got married. After his wife passed he lived with his Step Daughter Carol Coss and her husband Dodd of Roxbury. There he became part of their family and he loved seeing all the young kids and picking on Carol’s son and daughters.

Jerald is survived by his sister, Beverly Hartwell and her husband David of Stamford and a brother-in-law, Charles Wycoff of Delaware, and several nieces and nephews.

Jerald is pre deceased by his Wife Virginia Conine, his parents Hattie and Floyd Conine and his sister Arlene Wyckoff.
