Benjamin “Ben” J. Corley

Benjamin J. Corley born January 9th 1988 of Saugerties NY unexpectedly passed away on December 12th 2024.

Ben was an avid VW automotive enthusiast & enjoyed van camping in his VW Vanagon with the love of his life Jessi Spada of Saugerties NY. He was also very passionate about woodworking, making everything from birdhouses to picnic tables. He was a former member of the Olive Fire Dept & a current member of the Glasco Fire Dept.

Ben leaves behind many people who loved him dearly including his wonderful fiance Jessi & her family. Jessi was indeed the love of his life & the light in his eyes. He also leaves behind a stepfather Joe(Sharon) Stamatakis, a cousin Virgil (Malee Thitthavong) Conklin who was more like a brother, cousin Francesca Rippo, Aunt Tracy Squires (James Yaekel) & Aunt Lisa Squires (John Ganske).

Ben was predeceased by his beloved mother Jeanette Squires & his very beloved "Poppy" Leighton "Spooky" Squires.

There will be a celebration of Ben's life in the spring at The New Kingston NY cemetery with a gathering afterwards. More details will be available including date, time & directions as the time gets closer.
